the location was perfect. Situated on a very quiet street in Borovets old town, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Yet, it was just a short five-minute walk away from the gondola, allowing for easy access to the slopes. Additionally, the attention to detail in this hotel was impressive. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and had beautiful Mountain Views. The basic amenities were provided, including an extra bed which was a great convenience. Moreover, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always willing to help with any queries or concerns. Lastly, the breakfast offered various options and was a great way to start the day.
All was superb, nothing to complain about.

Friendly staff, food was not great but better than expected, clean nice rooms.

The pool was great and I had strong drinks in the terrace bar. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The hotel had a central setting on lower slopes. What's more, it was right by bars, restaurants and ski lifts as well as the centre of the beautiful forest.

This place is well-maintained and lovely little and the staff are very attentive. The location is perfect and peaceful, 2 km from Tsarska Bistritsa. The hotel has a really nice restaurant for dinner.

The value for money at Hotel Bor was incredible, exceeding my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary furnishings. The staff were professional and pleasant, treating us like family. The location was great, with a manageable 10-minute walk to the ski area and a peaceful atmosphere in the forest.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering more variety and fruit options, as having the same scrambled eggs every day for a week became repetitive.

The rooms here are fairly quiet with an extra bed. The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from Borovets Ski Resort. Btw, it's set in a lovely area right by the gondola, and restaurants.
